This is a picture of the first roast that I made in the new Dutch oven that my Mom and Dad gave me as a retirement gift. It worked great! The gravy turned out amazing. I know it sounds kind of funny to be so excited about something as simple as gravy, but making good gravy just wasn't working for me in the crockpot. Hooray for the Dutch oven! I meant to take a picture of the meal on the table, but in normal "Heidi" style, I forgot. This is a shot of the leftover dish Wolfgang will take to work tomorrow.Tuesday, May 5, 2009
New Dutch Oven
This is a picture of the first roast that I made in the new Dutch oven that my Mom and Dad gave me as a retirement gift. It worked great! The gravy turned out amazing.
